Default Lagos/Ogun Mega City

As an investor with an eye for the next bargain. I went to Mowe (close to Redemption Camp) recently to see Beaufort Royale 1 estate. I had just bought two plots of land there for N450,000 each.

Do members consider this Lagos/Ogun Mega City project viable?

As for me i think it has potential to become a bargain because of its proximity to Lagos. Two, the land is solid and does not involve spending millions on raft foundation as you do in most parts of Lagos (25 minutes to Ikeja). Three, money saved from not having to pay N3million in Lagos for one plot of land, and then spending another N3million on raft foundation can be utilised toward constructing a beautiful house.
