tobenna: what has been your experience with ARM on Beechwood Estate? There were options on the payment schedule; did you pay all at once or are you in the staggered payment scheme? And, when did you become a subsriber?

I am a subscriber and have been appalled by ARM's continuous shifting of the completion date for the infrasturtural part of the peoject. Already, a few plots are showing up: perhaps subscribers who are unable to wait on ARM. I am about to again contact ARM, but would like to read the opinions of others. Other estates that came on much later than Beechwood have been reported to have advanced beyond the ARM plans.

My experience has been the same as yours.
It is clear that they do not take this seriously. Except to probably collect their monies. I got a mail from them a couple of months ago to complete payment or forfeit the acquisition even though they have not delivered on their promises. I bought the property about 2 yrs ago and have completed my instalmental payment.
I was there about a month ago. No significant improvement.

Avocado, Me self I get Oooo. Nothing dey happen much yet. But I dey close to ARM and them be my brokers. Trust them e go happen. I just receive and return my Assignment deed. Wetin u dey hussle self, Development never reach the side. Abi you dey for speculation?
