Yes it looks good but am confused about the information on the price of the survey plan (170K or 150K). Also, the road in the proposed estate is earth road or interlocking stones?

I just spoke with someone named Toba who works for the promoter on the phone and he said he would get back to me. However it would be helpful if Lagos residents who are also interested could inspect it and enlighten the House further.

In addition, members of this House who have participated in similar schemes can also help with more information....Cityscape's Buena Vista is out of my league for now

Toba who works for the Realtor called me back and he was helpful. We have an agreement that I will inspect the estate at the month end when I visit Lagos.
