PHB offers a facility, where you'll be given a maximum amount of 3x your contribution. Interest is about 17-19%. Usually armotized over a max. period of 24mths. It's the best I could find but there could still be better ones out there.

Ask ur stockbrokers too, most of them have margin facility.
