Intercontinental Bank Shares

I bought shares with this bank since 2006 and i havn't heard anything from them. Initially they said EFCC was working on it. But the ones i bought from Dangote took just six months for them to release the certificate and even paid the dividends later, with proves . Intercontinental Bank keeps anouncing how their dividends are increasing and i wonder if mine is included or not. Please, i need some advice.

hi. i think you should write the registrars and ask why your certificate is still pending. i got mine more than 3 months ago.

I think u shd follow dotunk's advice ASAP cos i know of a lot of ppl who bought the same offer and have long registered their units wt cscs/some hav sold already.

I thank God for u guys.I have d same prob.I bought frm d hybrid and have not seen cert since.I was informed that there r being released piecemeal.I will get to the registrars imm.

Intercontinetal certificate has been ready from about 3rd qtr of last year. Write the registrar as suggested above or visit them. They are at UACN building/51/52 marina Street, Lagos Island

Got my certificate some months back. Thus check with the registrars for a copy. Perhaps they've already sent it and its hanging in the mail system somewhere.

I'm one of the youngest members. I bought my intercontinental shares in 2006 and till date no certificate, no dividend, i mean nothing has been posted to me till date. Though i've not been around for a while.

please advise, honourable and senior members.

Direct your complaint in writing to: The Managing Director/Chief Executiv, Intercontinental Registrars Limited, Kingsway Building (2nd Floor), 107/113 Broad Street, Lagos. A personal visit to the Registrars office in Lagos will hasten the resolution of your problem because they can easily provide the reason(s) for delay in receiving your certificate/divident etc. In your presence, they can verify the outcome of your subscription particularly relating to the allotment/non-allotment of intercontinental share units and the reason(s) for their decision. but till now i,ve not gotten my certificate talk mopre of dividend what is the problem n what should i do?

Definitely, something somewhere must've gone wrong to warrant this disturbing delay. You ought to have received something from the Intercontinental Bank Registrar either in form of the certificate for the units subscribed to or allotted to you. The question is, "could it be that you've changed your postal address after subscribing to Intercontinental Bank IPO in 2006 because it has taken too long". You should know that a lot has happened to Intercontinental Bank shares/ROI since the IPO was concluded two years ago. My candid advise is that you should follow the same process if you desire to get the problem addressed and possibly resolved in good time.

I bought some of the share about this time you did and have gotten my certificate since and my dividends too. You made need to make a trip to the registrars office to sort things out. Best Advice. Do not wait any longer,time is money my brothers.

This is one public offer that had a lot of problems therefore they changed registra which has also brought a few problems but solutions are there.

I would suggest that you visit the registrars which I did this week at
Intercontinental Registrars Limited, Kingsway Building (2nd Floor), 107/113 Broad Street, Lagos.

My broker sent my certificate to intercontinental registrars for verification since february but up to this moment it hasn't been verified. several calls to the number they provide on the website couldn't go through, and iam not resident of Lagos. can someone pls advise.
