I gave one of my certificates to my broker in abuja. I called a week after and he said he has sent the certificate to Lagos. I thought everything would be okay but after about three weeks, I called them again but was told to be paitient. Knowing what stockbrokers are I requested for the phone number of their lagos office. After about a two days I got the number, called the guy in lagos and only to be told that he is yet to recive my certificate! I was so unhappy but not dissapointed. After a lot fo calls and about two weeks the guy said he has seen my certificate and sent it. I had lost over four weeks to the clumsiness of my broker. I can only pray the share price of the stock will stay up a long while.
If I did it by myself I would sold my shares by now.

My Broda, E be like say you get plenty time on your hands. Well, to answer your question, Yes you can. I will advise you check with the Registrars so that they will tell you all the documents needed so as to reduce the to and fro btw broker and registrars office.
Imagine you start this as a business and charge a fee for it, with the level of complaints from this forum alone, Omo! you don hammer be that
