All these supposedly informed market participants keep saying this. Why hasn't one reporter ever asked them when the U.S intervened in the stock market by injecting money.
The recovery will come like a thief in the night. I think shrewd investors are less concerned on when the recovery will occur, the are more concerned will how many companies they can buy at great discounts.

Assuming Net Asset = Total Assets - Total Liabilities, then

Net asset = book value.

Book value per share = book value / shares outstanding

If they want to remain listed on the exchange, theyt should abide by the rules and regulation of the NSE. Failure to play the game according the rule is what dampens investors confidence and not the delisting of companies that are found wanting.

All these theories and speculations about Equities rally will be clearer in a few weeks from now. There is excess liquidity in the system especially with the recent sharing of the national cake.
