Mandated or no, it sure is a good development. But take what you see with a pinch of salt. Do your own cash analysis and compare notes. One good thing about doing your own analysis, is that, there are sources of cash that companies add to their operational figure that should not be there.

are there any stipulated guildlines on cash flow statements just like we have IFRS stipulated Balance sheet?

Boss, you should take a look at the bids for Diamond on the daily bid and offer page, Oga yemo pasted the one for 12th, looking at it, I doubt this stock will reach 3.00 (if it does meself go jump in sha)

I believe the NSE has now included it in the information meant to be made public along with their results but as you can see the line items they give now does not show much information as per what increased the cash or reduced it...the just give out the line items like CFO, CFI and CFF... Beginning Cash Balance and Ending Cash Balance. As time goes on, they will surely improve on them.

However I must commend some companies like Mobil that have decided to issue a mini annual report which gives more information like the notes to the accounts....

Bros, you go chop that word oh...Beta Glass isn't comatose. Their stock is just illiquid and that's cos most of it is owned by the foreign owners...They pay dividends every year...

its a nice development, UACN give a comprehensive cash flow statement. abeg how does Mobil give its semi-annual report or annual report. I've never come accross their website

Their registrars used to be Fin Registrars. It's likely to have been changed to CSL since FCMB bought Fin Bank.

i saw it. from my record i don't have their 2010 and 2011 annual report and am sure i searched for it when i needed it
