If you are already fully invested, then hold on tight and enjoy the ride that is bound to start in a few months' time, or even less. A few stocks will certainly do more than 50% but I don't know them.

I'd take a closer look at Diamond bank though... And Oando is beginning to look like a sure bet. Yes, I said it Oando.

Lol You just outed me. I be apprentice o. Seriously I'm impressed with what you guys are doing here and I must say kudos to the various ogas in the house. Some of us are 'passively active' on SMN learning the ropes from the ogas.

Having lost almost all the tachere change I invested in the NSE in the 2008 meltdown, it took a forum like SMN to build up confidence again to thread the path of stock investment again and so far, no regrets yet.

If the knotty issues are addressed in OANDO, the stock can do up to 100% in 12 months or less.

Oga egoigwe, take this nugget of advice. Reality and perception are different things. The degree of alignment of the two in an individual is directly proportional to the amount of success that individual can achieve. In short, it is not usually wise to follow the crowd.

But what? I don't think i need more than the current units of this stock in my portfolio. I have more than enough of the stock.
If they can pay a dividend of 2 Naira, i am okay.

It may be ok you bought earlier this month because you may not now get all the units you want easily.

Is OandO the only company that can possibly deliver 100% on the NSE?

When you look at the risk reward matrix and how you mitigate such risks, I would rather BUY Presco than OandO. Who want to be associated with rogues Show me your friend and I will know who you are.

OandO is a lost cause! I remember how Bello-Osagie and Tony were playing kalo kalo with shareholders of UBA with their yearly exceptional item! A leopard cannot change its spots.

Exactly, there's a stock that I'm eyeing that put Oando's numbers to shame. I'm just not comfortable with the OANDO business model and I can't buy into a business I'm not comfortable with.

Yes I have of recent been giving 2 thought to Oando reasons being

1) I think the management will be more careful with shareholder after the last fallout since they know of the implications.

2) The last exceptional item was actually spurious and not as a result of business activities.

3) Though a leopard does not change its skin it waits for the best time to strike. Definitely this is not the best time because of the palpable tension in air. I believe they will try to palate the shareholders for now.

4) Oando is not on outright loss position but rather mismanagement which can be address in the short term.

I think that this call is confirmatory to my thinking hence buy for me.
