Seconded, readers are always readers in any field of endeavour even in the most primal of activities such as fighting and sports (if you doubt this, you can ask Lance Armstrong how he knew about blood therapy to boost his performances enroute to winning all those Tour de France titles) . The challenge is ensuring that what you're reading is relevant to the task at hand and subsequently applying the lessons learnt in the appropriate manner.

I great all the great pple of this forum. u have been wonderful in ur various contribution, extra salute for the ogas nd gurus in the likes of kod, nosa, hissp,u have changed my investment knowledge nd saved me alot. Then, the medical practitionals on this smn u have greatly surprised me in ur vast analysis of stocks, my fnds who are docs are only knowledgeable in their field.I have been viisitg this forum since2010.I have com to realise investment knowledge is not what u get from our university walls,i stand to be correctd, if not so i won't have made those costly mistakes .Hence my future posts will mostly be questions because this is going to be a learning period to me. please all answers will be well appreciated.Pls if u have any book to recommend that will be great, e books will be better because most of the books I have seen posted on this forum u can't find thm in the regular book shop in the north. I have been investing in the stock mkt since bank ipos. I have made alot of blind investmnt, funny I have over 30 stocks in my portfolio. have never sold before because I was just buyin instead of keepg my money laying in banks.Thnk God I equally in vested in real estate .
My email or inbox is open for useful materials, infos etc thnks

I always find this piece from Proshare confusing and utterly useless. Can anybody interpret for me what the heck they are talking about below:

"Analysis of the market activity in the week ended February 01, 2013 technically revealed sustained optimistic trading along with growing speculative tendency amid increased market price volatility in the investors’ trading pattern as against weak optimistic trading with increased volatility observed in the previous week’s performance.

Further analysis revealed moderate committment level as investors engaged in active speculative trading throughout the week- a kind of sustained subtle profit taking was observed in the week as accumulation level still maintained weak trend posture.

Notwithstanding, the continued moderate bargain tendency witnessed towards few big capped stocks in the face of low risk appetite cushioned the significant increase in market volatility as market remained afloat with positive breadth."
