Apply for a job with a broker (like FUSL) as an assistant, probably as an intern if you can take care of yourself with minimal pay for some time. The rest will be dependent on how quickly you can prove yourself.

You would need to take the professional exam by the chartered institute of stockbrokers to be able to trade on the NSE floor. However, for support roles in various departments within a stockbroking firm (as an assistant), you do not need any professional qualification.
