Creating Special CSCS Accounts

In creating this Special CSCS Accounts directly with the Central Securities Clearing System (CSCS) or through your Stockbroker, I need to know how your existing free stock account opened through your StockBroker would be updated.

Again, I also would want to know what happens to the free stock account when all the stocks has been moved to the Special Account without confusion.

Finally, what would be the routine procedure to further buy/sell into this Special Account and is there any iota of control over this Special Account by the StockBroker. Pls u may as well send me further details to my email: chidiohaz@hotmail.com

Is it possible for me to monitor my stock in CSCS through my CSCS number? If so how do I register or log on to them?

Please does anyone know a stockbroker with whom i can open a n account with about 30000 naira. Most of the stock brokers around charge like 100k which is not affordable to peopl like me. I'll appreciate any form of informative help.
