How can I sell my rights. This company has very poor management and will continue wasting shareholder funds. Though those entering now may not loose much as I think the price is very depressed.

Bro, you want to trade at a loss?

You trade when there is an upside (positive price differential). I.e, when the rights issue price is at a discount to the Floor price, but this is not the case with the presenr rights issue. So considering trading does not arise (except if oga Hispy99 want to take over the company from the backdoor and is willing to pay a premium on any units he can get).
