I doubt if any head will roll!

more than N3B has been budgeted for the renovation of Police training institution in the last 5Yrs and all the money were eaten. Even the National Assembly guys with oversight functions must have taken part in the looting spree!

The issue with police is more than just corruption. The Nigerian Police hardly recieve thier budgetary allocation from the finance ministry. There was a year that the police recieved only 18% of thier allocation. By the way, has it ever occurred to someone that maintaining the Police College is part of the 'Recurrent Expenditure' that NOI and SLS are struggling to reduce. You can't eat your cake and still have it. Same situation with National Stadium in Abuja. It took GEJ's visit for the current repairs by JB to start.

Why should they find it so easy to reduce the police allocation (doubt if this is true) and yet find it so hard to reduce the allocation for the frequent travels and jamborees abroad? smh

I don't know who you mean by they but I expect the private companies to soon start rail services, I think the government just wants to put certain infrastructures in place. Anyway I'm beginning to see the opportunities kod's been shouting about, the future is indeed bright
