Who tell you say na joke?. I dey get light for 20 hours everyday for where i dey stay. It is only taken from 7pm-11pm. In my office, i get between 6-8 hours on a 12 hour period.

for the village wey I dey na the same thing, the only thing is that there is nothing to do with the light (I no even get TV )
