A catholic orphanage was closed down by the government in one of the European countries because the catholic church does not want gay couples to adopt the orphans in their custody. The gay right group sued them for discrimination, and the gays won.

Another Christian family in Canada have a guest, where couples spend their honey moon, they only allow male/female couples to make use of their guest house. Singles and gay couples are prohibited in the guest house.
Gay right activists went to court and they won, the family had to close down the business because allowing gay to use their facility negates their belief.
Another atheist went to a Catholic university, and he wants the sign of the cross to be removed from their lecture halls. This case is still in court.
