Fraudulent sales of shares

My junior sold all in his farm to buy Union bank po last year only for Gorsord securities to sell this stock without his authorisation.Contacted the brocker that sold the stock which he agreed to buy back .After series of mounting pressure the said brocker claimed that the stock had been replaced.He printed out the stock position list on his computer which showed 24,500 units of union Bank but on getting to CSCS office ,nothing was found .We waited for another 2weeks and we found 20242 units .Since then nothing has been found.To worsen the situation the ubn had closed its book for bonus and dividend.Please what can i do to get the remaining stock plus bonus and dividend.All efforts to contact the stock brocker unsuccessful.

The Investments and securities tribunal will handle such cases easily. Contact them and get good arbitration.
