I believe it is a value stock but I admit I dont think I have all the whole information to put a right price for it.

Always very difficult to analyse a stock under the underlined condition. Stock has been greatly boosted with them being acquired by UACN. They have done very well since then but we need more information

I really believe the stock will appreciate but what I don't know is how soon. The funny thing is my the time more information enters the market it may be late. How ever it wouldn't be bad if you get some quantity at this price.

Not quite Sir. Most of the money is used for investing into Analyzed stocks though does not guaranty anticipated yield. A little is keep for investing into the more u look the less U see stocks which I have discovered sometimes throw surprises in terms of yield.
