Ipo Decision Table

Here is something to consider before buying into Public offers. Refer to link http://nivestors.com/yahoo_site_admi...e.59121612.xls OR go to Nivestors.com - Resources under the financial tools section.

The table keeps the decision makiing simple although does not include computation that relfects discounting gains to its present value.

Bottomline: Deserning investors will do better to buy on the exchange if the trend of partial allotments continues.
