Reason: It was the starting year book value that was used to generate profits from the start of the year not year end book value.

Your reasoning for it being fairly valued is probably based on relative terms with the likes of the banks and insurance companies. A sector by sector analysis, and a need for diversification will probably make it a plausible investment. I intend to buy a little more into my portfolio, just to reach a round figure.

Not too significant eventually. I am aware of that school of thought. Consistency of approach is more important.

Like Oga Salida explained, there is a huge foam market in Ariaria,Aba. If you lived in Aba, you will know what I mean. They even export to other states like Akwa Ibom,Imo,Anambra etc. That is why if you go to some shops in that town, you will see names like VITAL FOAM, MORKA FOAM,VONA FOAM etc on sliced mattress clothing. They are copied from the original(...you know their names).
