Reason: It was the starting year book value that was used to generate profits from the start of the year not year end book value. Your reasoning for it being fairly valued is probably based on relative terms with the likes of the banks and insurance companies. A sector by sector analysis, and a need for diversification will probably make it a plausible investment. I intend to buy a little more into my portfolio, just to reach a round figure.

May be current valuation already reflect this result, insiders! ROE suddenly dropped to 16.3%, still above inflation though, but valuation probably worse off. Time to see how the herd reacts to dividend announcement despite declining valuation.

It's a market in Aba, Abia state where foams at competitive prices to that of Vitafoam is available. At least I know Ariara market well well for clothing materials. No designer label or design that they cannot bring out for you.
