I'm thinking about this stock, 3rd quarter results are due any day now and if they're impressive (which i believe they would be) we could have some capital appreciation. If the 6 months results are mirrored we're looking at a 50k stock with potential eps of approx 10k, which is not bad. Guys once again what do you think?

This stock hasn't moved away from the garage since November of 2009, i don't think it should be a candidate for speculative purposes....if 20% appreciation is good for you in the short term, look at the Insurance sector.

this stock has always being on my rader but i am worried that they did not release 3rd quater result ending Sept. 30th 2009 and even went ahead to release forcast for first quater 2010. i have a phobia for stocks that hold on to result especially when you consider dat their was a decreasing profit from 1st quarter to 2nd quater. i am not expecting some fantastic for the audited result.

No! it's a sign that well informed insiders are dumping the shares. Where else did the volume come from?

The same way it traded 30 million units all of a sudden on Dec 30, 2010. I don't know if this can be read as a sign. Buy if you think the stock has value above 50k with data to back it up.

well...so do you think uninformed investors will pick up 25 million units in 5 deals? it could just be a sign that existing (outstanding offers) were being mopped up.

@ pumping, i just checked the Dec 30 Trading summary now. it traded 30 million in two deals...i'll watch out for its bid/offer stuatus next week

Because of the situation with margin loans, there are situations where cross deals take place just to improve liquidity position. At the same time, many cross deals and it could be the case here, take place because someone thinks there is inherent value. The problem is that there is no guarantee. An example close to home is Intenegins. Huge volumes were crossed above 70k a few months back but the price is less than 60k today. Transcorp is another good example.

This stock does not look like one that is going anywhere. I expect this to be a cyclical company because of their business line (auto registration). Given the falling number of new car purchases in 2009, I don't expect anything fantastic. The H1 2009 results show that they are still enjoying some kind of tax break. The delay of the Q3 results is a major concern for me. The volumes of transaction over the past weeks also show that there is presently no interest in this stock and insiders have not started dealing in it yet.

Personally, I will keep the stock under the radar but I am not buying yet. The opportunity cost of buying a 50k stock is too high at this time of the year.

i guess that's the game plan all along. my only fear is once it ticks above the 50k mark....getting on board is determined by broker efficiency more the anything else....and THAT IS MY ONLY FEAR

We don't have to wait for price moves... what we wait for is increased activity... then one can plug in before the price moves.

I disagree with you that this is/would be a cyclical stock, the amount of cars registered in any country is fairly constant and is even sometimes used as a factor in determining the state of the economy, so its safe to say that the demand for their product (vehicle registration) should be fairly constant year on year. The tax break they're enjoying is because they started a new service and it last for 5 years, thou i dont know when they opened shop. One of their strongest points is that they are a monopoly and most likely would be for the foreseeable future because they have a patent on their product, another strong point is that they have room for expansion, they're currently in 6 states with other states begging them to come (as part of the dividend of democracy) and last i heard they were setting up shop in Ghana. Now this is a small company with an excellent product which solves a basic need in most african countries and they're a natural monopoly currently protected by law, I just cant see anything wrong with the picture plus its 50k so only down side is lack of liquidity and that would change if they pay the 6k promised.

Liquidity is because of the few outstanding shares and the few shareholders. So the shares is held by selected few.

It will take time for such company (no history and limited outstanding shares) to become 'popular'. It is its result that will speak for it.

Do you know if they paid the 4k dividend declared last year?
