WEBSITE: courtevilleng.com-l'll enquire further on this pp.One need to know more about the company's directors' background-especially with their very close contact with the Lagos state Govt before the final exit of Bola Tinubu.

I checked the company's website and could not find any list of the board of directors. That is troubling in the sense that there is no corporate oversight of the management team. We should be cautious of these types of firms. since most stock brokerage firms will be coming out with pp's.

I'd caution us to invest only in reputable firms with a track record. It is so easy for these firms to get on the newspaper tout their achievements which we can't verify. There some key questions we need to ask ourselves:
1) Who is managing the firm?
2) Does the firm have a board of directors and what caliber of people are on that board?
3) Is the company profitable with good fundamentals?
4) What does the analysis of the financials of the company show?
5) is there any intrinsic value in in the offer share price?, and
6) Are they planning to list on the NSE or not?

the guy is correct you need to teach people to learn about the company you want to invest and make sure they have sound fundamentals and forward thinking management. Its very important. You dont just get PP documents and invest in or have we forgotten we are in Nigeria. What is happening in Nigeria is not new it has happened in other places around the world so we are just telling people to be cautious and look very well before you leap especially for those guys who just started buying shares.

i only found EQUITY Capital Solutions Limited on the SEC list of current capital market operators. thier address is 2 davies street, marina lagos. telephone number is 01-4754977, 08023105957. email: capital solution equity dell business at equitycapitalsolutions-ng.com.

on the list of OPERATORS TEMPORARILY REMOVED FROM THE CAPITAL MARKET , there is one synergy inv. & sec limited. thier address is 10, Olowogbowo Street, Off Broad Street, Apangbon, Lagos Tel: 01-832327, 832614 i dont know if it is thesame with the Synergy Capital which is the financial adviser to this PP. thier address in the PP memo can help confirm if they are thesame.

they were temporarily removed becuase they have not applied for renewal of thier license. as for STRAND Capital Partenrs i could not find anything on them.
PLEASE THIS IS MY OPINION, I WILL NOT BUY THIS ONE BECUASE I AM WAITING FOR THE ONE I AM COMFORTABLE WITH.

the company was in punch today denouncing some prevous publication about them in the paper.

i have always advocated for caution particularly when it come to PP
i must also mentioned that before any conclusion, we must study their books hopefully we will find useful info.

Some of these things are really private and they mean serious business with identified target investors and do not want public wahala now, that is why they may need the news publication. The wahala comes by people not invited coming to join. Such people could even be friends of the directors et al. But where not invited because of the wahala of more undue persons wanting to make decisions on how the venture grows.

As I said earlier every venture started somehow as a PP once more than one person brought the funds.

I called courteville office last week Friday and spoke with their MD,he told me the pp was already sold out.Not satisfied,I got thru to Equity Capital Solutions Ltd, one of the Arrangers of the PP offer this morning, it was the same story. They are not ready to accept any thing beyond what they required as per the PP memo. Do not want to go thru the burden of returning monies to subscribers to the offer. I tell you, there are BIG players in the capital market now.This company have a strong prospect of growing, if well managed, with good contacts to get patronage from other states of the federation.Presently, they service LAGOS and ANAMBRA states motor vehicle License Registration/ Renewal Automated system-AUTOREG

Guys: Big players dey town and we need to re-think our strategies to take part in 'juicy' PPs [i'm not saying this one is as i know nothing of them!].

I saw Ade Ojo the chairman of Elizade and Crusader insurancein the papers as the chairman. He was with Cecelia Ibru in the paper but they claimed their company is 3 line but am confused by courterville or are they the same?
