Trans nationwide express Plc today released its un-audited results for the second quarter ended 30th June, 2008. Turnover grew by 30.46% to N226.6 million, from N173.7 million, PBT also increased by 1.94% to N31 million, from N30.5 million, Profit after Tax inched up by 1.57% to N25.3 million, from N25million, in the corresponding period of 2007.

I have 0,132B shares. However, this does not include shares from the "supplementary offer". I thought they were doing a PO too, so I have no idea what this suplementary offer is all about.

These Guys may have played a smart move. They Announced that they want to do a PO when the market was Upbeat and maybe due to the market Downturn they have done a Supplementary offer for the Big Boys.

There were Speculations that Ekocorp Plc since January last year would do a PO but there is now information that they have done a ''Special Placement''. So maybe this is the path most would follow.

Exactly. if that is the Leg they want to carry then they should let other investors know after they are through with thier In-House Offer.
