I got my certificate a few weeks ago from the IPO earlier in the year.

Any news on when they will get listed?

To pick up ur rights u can contact them directly, though a rights circular shd be sent to you. The issue is 1:1 so u know how many new shares u'r entitled to pick up in the current offer. Intending investors can also pick up shares on the floor of the exchange but i'd imagine that the stock wd rally up to abt 75% of its listin price b4 settlin due to the economis of demand/supply

I believe that is where Deap Capital is listed.

I see Interwsitch Limited floating a private placement soon to be listed under this sector or maybe not. No matter how long it takes, I am a patient person and I will wait... I will wait till 2010 if that is what it's gonna take. These guys work with all the banks in Nigeria and I see their ATMs all over the place. I dont need to see their prospectus.

That a company is doing business does not mean it is doing so at a profit. Don't assume every business will eventually make it. Some will ultimately fail and even if you wait till 2020 you will only end up losing all your investment.

If there is a prospectus, read it before investing even if it is to confirm your gut feeling.

I think i'd rather agree wt pumpin. The fact is interswitch is an household name in Nigeria wt a near monopoly in their niche market, it wd also be a given that they are profitable. But then this is investment and wt the many scandals in recent times it is only sane to read thru a company's prospectus b4 takin a decision even if it is just to fulfil righteousness as pumpin pointed out.
