Companies are now required to be listed for at least a year before they access funds from the market. I believe this applies to companies listed by introduction not thru an IPO.

Deap capital have not met this requirement.

Post deap capital what is happening
the deap cap price refuse to move up, are they still in suspention? bcos i told my stock broker and he told me they may still go into public offer bcos the new rules in the market came after they applied for recapitalisation so any news about them whaen ipo is coming or when to be lifted?

If Deap capital that got listed around September or so is not eligible to float an IPO, then why is NSL that listed in December eligible?
