You didn't get my opinion right, I have 2 stocks in my sights c&i leasing and Ikeja hotel and the only reason I haven't loaded up is because I'm waiting for CCNN to release their final result so I can sell.

To answer the question, I'd buy at current price but I'm willing/able to hold till they release their final results and I'm not easily scared.

I placed a buy mandate on Ikeja Hotel (250,000 Units @ N1.45k price limit) but the mandate was not honored and the stock end up losing 5% today with only 251,000 Units traded on 9 deals.

Please any view on why my mandate was not honor or why the stock was on offer when the unit traded is just 1000 unit above my mandate.

Your mandate was not honoured because it was not entered/submitted by your broker. Ask your broker why rather than ask how I knew . On a flip side, keep your cash till it gets down to around N1.15 (my opinion). Happy investing.

Hmm.... You really are very bearish, in my opinion if his analysis says it's cheap then he should start buying but buy in bits, maybe 10k units at a time.

I just access my account and my mandate fully was honored at today's closing price (I called my broker to check if my mandate was honored and they told me no, may be its because its has not yet been computed as at the time i called them). I marked my entry price at N1.80k and N1.20k, but to the way market it going now, my entry price has been adjusted to N1.45k and N1.10k.

Just heard that ikeja hotel has declared a dividend of N0.07k but I've nit seen details of the result. Abeg Biko does anyone have the result
