Ikeja Hotels Plc - Any News?

Hi,

Ikeja Hotels sold shares via an IPO some months ago (more than 6months now). what is going on there?

Nothing has been heard from the company as regards allotment, share certificate and possible listing on the stock market.

All other companys that came to the market after have been listed or at least have announced their allotment.

Does anyone have news on this company? Please share with us.

realy no news on kij hotel right now.
but the companyhas got lots of foundamentals and i dont see reason why they shld not do well.
Am sure they r sorting themself out with the necessary regulating bodies and possibly approval from NSE.

bUTH its a bad thing not to keep the peoplethat invested in them inform of the update the in the company.

One thing is certain, your shares in ikeja hotel will still become a gold mine but might just take time

i got my Ikeja Hotels certificate today. apperently it had been sent sometime ago.

but the comany has not been listed of the market for trading to start.

does anyone have new information?

Have you heard anything about why Ikeja Hotel Have not released their Full year result and benefits.

This stock has taught me not to be greedy. I was making 7% profit with this stock last week but I wanted more and now I am now in a loss by about 9%.

Hisspy, please what is your shares Outstanding for Ikeja Hotels? What was the quantity offered at their IPO and how many were eventually Listed? Thanks for the Info

I have the same thing Myself. I saw somewhere 2.2Bn and I was wondering when did that happen?

Does Anyone have a different figure? Who are their registrars?

I have 1.73 billion shares too. I wonder why people are giving wrong information about Ikeja Hotels all the time. I also read in Business Day, that there was a reduction in all their indices for the first quarter. They changed the March 2007 values to March 2008 and vice versa. And they said that was the reason the price had been falling of recent.

I believe that erroneous publication would have increased the selling pressure on the company. I have this gut feeling that this hotel is going to generate wealth for investors very soon. I am going to increase my stake.

Hope you guys are aware that Ikeja hotels is coming to the market to raise more funds in the near future. price and date have not been fixed however, part of what the shareholders are to approve at
