Enamelware is listed on the NSE. Just get a broker, dematerialize your cert (if still on hard copy) and give the guy a SELL order! It is as simple as that.In fact any other thing to the contrary, would be cumbersome, time consuming and amenable to suspicions of non-transparency.

His holdin is most likely in a cscs account already, he probably got it b4 the price went way up. The stock is currently trapped @ #88.4 in the light of the new rules on price movements (min trade) and surely the NSE would have to adjust the price itself if any headway is expected.

If that be the case, it still would work by him giving his broker a SALE order with a 5% mark-up on the opening price. He will get takers eventually. This will still be more straight forward than trying to sell shares of a listed company on the SMN.

l doubt if any body will be ready to buy the stock at the current price. The stock is on offer, but the price has not gone down due to the new NSE rule.

Why the rush to buy a stock with a PE ~ 207? The stock is illiquid so the new NSE rule is a major problem. The price cannot come down because of this rule as Emmanuel pointed out.
