for net/bid after each trading day, you can subscribe for the NSE WEBSITE, you will have access to live event on the floor.

for the book, go to book stand and check topics related to your question, if any book treat it, then you buy.
am reading investment 101 by micheal sincere, but it only emphasize on wall street.
you might not see a book that will tell you precisely that a market is about to transit from bearish to bullish market, as they say that market timing is bad investment strategy.
