this your post deserve full groan because you wan use big grammar confuse poor man.

Its the responsibility of a public company's management to let the public know what is happening or about to happen and not doing that but rather trading based on that info is illegal. I dont want to believe thats the case here because I believe a company run by criminals is even worse than a loss making company.
