what could be responsible for the sudden investors interest in first aluminium?
despite the poor turn over in the company result!!!!!!!!!!
am happy though cause am a shareholder,i bought into the company at about N2.13, but will still want to know y the positive price movement?

Some investigation I carried out only produced a rumour of 1 for 1 in the near future. And the price is still on the upward move, I may jump out on monday, having picked up a tidy 60% appreciation in about 18 days.

i plan jumping out myself, but not as early as u plan, my schedule is upper monday.

i pray that i dont get my hands burnt if free fall happens this wk.

but u know what, 1 for 1 is not possible cause the company did not make enough profir to declare such, but if the rumour circulate properly, that means the northward movement can stay for another two wks!!!!!!!!!!

My brother, am very cautious, the sooner I exit, the more opportunity in another stock. I have seen a few of my profit eroded all because I waited a bit too long. Two weeks! too long, the gainers would have started dumping by then, thats scary.

I better cut and run, he who fights and run away........

I hope you are out now!!!! First Aluminium will liley return to its 2.00 range. It lost 5% today and will likely continue like that for now!

mine, av not sold, its 3.61 today, it will be 3.45 tomorow.
well, if am unable to sell at 3.3, which is expected to be the price on friday, i might hold onto it

Hold on till it bottom out at 1.50????

Well, that is teh problem associated with riding the tide! The fundamentals in no way supports the increase in the price of First Aluminium. However, once teh markert makers starts the magic, others that follow may just get slaughtered.

Hope you are able to sell above 3.00 though.

well, one of the reason people loose in investment is jiltry and fear!!!!!!!!!
i held on when i could not sell at 3.3, it got as low as 2.7, as at 31/07/07 it was 3.04, did u see that i can still sell it above 3?

like it or not, specualtion is also a factor that determine characteristics of market forces, trend and price movement.

Nice knowing that were able to sell above 3.00. I ahve a friend who bought at 4.00 and still not able to sell. Unfortunately for him, he got a loan to do the transaction.

I tend to look more at fundamentals. That way, I don't get jittery even when prices nose dive for as long as the fundamentals still remain strong enough. I am not really a TRADER!

sorry guys for the long silence here, but my broker couldnt sell at the last peak, he succeded in spoiling my party, but the stock is inching up once again and my broker may sell this time around, one thing with these brokers is they never will find buyers when you are profiting but will see buyers only when you are losing money.

sorry guys for my long silence here, but my broker failed to sell at the peak, you know how those guys will never see any buyers when you are makiing a serious gain and always gets enough buyers if you are still at a loss in a stock, the price has started to inch up a bit and tis time around i will sell and have my party.

the first rally that peak at 4.22, my broker could not selluntil it nose dive to 2.88, when it was 3.0, i told her to hold onto the stock, the second rally peak at 3.3 on friday, i gave her instruction to sell it monday 06/08/07, i could not reach this evening to know how far,but sure will get the info on tuesday morning.
