has the allocation of oceanic been done?

If you read the prospectus of the Oceanic Offer, it says in the 'Offer Timeline' page that Certificates will be dispatched on 5 July 2007. Since the conclusion of the offer was extended by 2 weeks, you can expect at least a 2-week slippage from the above date.
