Nahco is currently selling at a PE of 7.16x and a PBV of 2.29. In my opinion the stock is fairly valued already though it has more upside potential than downside but the risk cannot be ruled out. It will become attractive if it dips to like N7.50.

Will Nahco get down to N7.50? Most likely within the next two weeks. Three and two weeks ago there were steady volumes on the stock but the past week showed a gradual reduction in volumes coupled with a dragging down of the price as evidenced by a 10-day moving average of N8.56 as against the 25-day moving average of N8.61. The price traded within a band of N8 - N9 with a resistance at N9, but the reduced volumes signify that the support of N8 is more likely than not to fall off.

The Signal line could not cross the MACD successfully, which is a strong indicator of a bearish trend.

Impressive...this released the bulls on my stock..was happy when it broke the N12.30 resistance i set...il just keep an eye on it.

Nahco is quite delicate right now apart from the current bull run. The valuation has already been priced in. The current PE is 23x which is rather expensive.
