Red face CCNN and the shareholders

Does anybody genuinely know what is happening in this company (CCNN).
Beginning of this year they were on technical suspenson for a long period of time with the notion of raising capital via right issues , came back without any info/letter to the shareholders. Now, they are repeating the same process all over again( in order to finance their so call generators). Can they compete with their peers in the industry : obajana & co . Looking at their books eg From 10 billion naira Profit to 33 billion naira net loss. Concerned investor.
