Default sharing wealth amongst ourselves

hi everyone,

this forum is becoming more and more interesting. Well, i think one of the benefits of networking is that information bebeficial to people in a particular group or field can be passed around effectively and efficiently.

On that note, i would like to ask us in this forum to offer ourselves opportunities before going outside. To be more specific, i know that somoe investors do cross-deals and i think we can start that here.

If there are people that want to trade some of their stocks and there are also people that are willing to buy those same stocks on this forum, we can pass the information here and see what happens. That way, wealth can circulate amongst us before going outside.

It is easy to do this kinid of transaction. All is takes is filling a share transfer form. So we can pstart that and also include your location for ease.

Cheers.

This share Transfer Form...what is it? Is it an official NSE form or is it proprietary to the forum? Look forward to more detail on your proposal.

Okay then, let me start by thanking paragon for the suggestion, but I wonder how we can make it work. I need to buy FBN in secondary market. Who wants to sell to buy the public offer? We can do some exchange under guidance of paragon. I know that once there is technical suspension, it may be difficult to sell shares of the suspended company. Anyone that has to sell should PM me and Paragon so that paragon can tell us how to go about it. The suspension will soon be lifted and once the brokers make their returns, you can not buy at the public offer price again, so anyone interested should act fast.

@ Osietutu,
basically, when you tell your brokers to buy shares, the process is completed by filling a share transfer form. So,m if anyone wants to sell a stock, the person can briefly state it here with respect to quantity and leave a contact, maybe mail or something, sop that anyone interested in buying can get in conjtact woth the individual and the rest is history.

It just entails the seller informing his/her broker that he has someone that he / she wants to transfer shares to for an agreed amount and the buyer can establish contact with the broker to fill the forms or give neccesary details for filling the forms. Both parties can settle on how to transfer the funds.

cross deal is possible, as far as there is an owner that wants to sell and a buyer that wants to buy, even if the company is so scarce on the floor or under tech suspension.

It is easier if the two party, both seller and buyer are trading under the same house i.e using the same broker. If not the two broking firm have to do the cross deal, but it does happen, it is legal and permitted.

so i welcome the idea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
