@ Apache, I like recieving news from the grapevine, and I understand the potential of such info to increase an investors wealth when you take positions before the 'crowd'

But be warned that such info has been used time and time again to pump up the price of some stocks, and when gullible investors have taken position, the bearers of such info will quickly march in and sell all their holdings, leaving innocent investors to carry the can.

So untill such info is confirmed, I am always slow to act in such matters.

Hi C Kenneth,
I feel you but you can be rest assured that this is confirmed. This came from a senior person in SARO Agrochemicals. He also told me that they were buying the household unit of CAP plc and a month later, i read about it in Business Day.
So i don't see why this should be different.
I just felt that this is basically an information sharing forum, you guys should know

Dear Apache,

My stockbroker has been unable to buy Morison Industries shares since I gave him order to buy last Monday. Have you bought some recently or are you aware that the stock is available. From your own research do you intend to take position in the stock at all?. I want to but it under my very high risk investment portfolio.

Do you consider the stock to be liquid having regards to the little number of deals?

From what sources can one get information to do fundamental analysis on the company. What does it produce?

What do you know about the core investor?

Sorry about many questions.

That is the problem with small cap stocks, I have suffered the same fate at NGC, not enough shares for all that wants to buy.

Maybe they will do well to give us stock splits for the qty to be available.

Sincerely, i had placed orders with Zenith Securities as at when it was at 80 kobo and has not been able to get the required volumes because the stock is illiquid. i guess that by the time the deal is concluded, they might structure it the same way NASCON was structured.
as regards the investors SARO Agrochemicals, don;t really know much about them even though i have heard the name from time to time

Apache, I can see you have a lot of hot info. Not surprised this was your first. Though most couldn't take advantage due to the small volumes available.
