I read on Alicorn Capital Managers daily update yesterday that Union Diagnostics just gave a bonus of 1 for 10 to shareholders. Does anyone know if this information is correct.

The truth is that all these stories by the management of UDSL are cock and bull stories.
If they knew that the oversubscription was not deliberate, they would not have allowed the placement to drag endlessly, or would have stopped when they had approximately what the could accomodate.
They should stop speaking as if they are only doing the investing public a favour.
Suddenly, they realise that they were selling at a lower price than they had sold in the past. Hope they will not subsequently make more of such realisations, now that they have people's monies in their pockets. It is most irresponsible to have forgotten same, only to start fixing as an afterthought.
They also ought to realise that if someone has parted with his hard earned money, based on some premises, you cannot reverse the rules without his prior apporval. Contracts ought be respected.
This whole episode smacks of dubiousness on the part of this Company. They are only taking undue advantage of a helpless public in a society, where legall remedies are weak.

For folks agitating listing, I think it would actually be better if they don't list in this present environment. The price might only run for like a day or two then come crashing down. Check out recent listings. Btw, I didn't participate in this PP.

It is true. look at OMATEK from 4.90 to 4.20; FIDSON from 7.50 TO 6.05 ; ASOSAVING is now 3.80.

This unusual for new listing.

I want to disagree with richstowealth cos the shares will the listed at 1.70, the pp price. It should go up. If it were to be listed thrice,four times the pp price, you can talk of the share price falling.

please correct me if i am wrong. i thought the PP was sold at #1.85kobo.

You are right. It was 1.85k. At least that is how much I bought it for.

I bought at N1.85 too!. I still do not have the share certficate - all my friends have gotten theirs.
I still get the runaround from Cashcraft Port Harcourt branch.
Is anyone (in the house) going through the same experience? And for those who already have their certs, what did you do differently?

Same happen to me, and i use Ibadan Address for mine yet to receive the certificate. is anybody in the house have any idea of getting it pls.

i dont think those of us that have received our certificate did things differently. i would have advise you to go to first registrars to find out why the delay but the problem is if get there they will tell you that they have already sent it to your address. at least that is what they told a friend of mine that went there.

He is still waiting for his own. i believe the problem is with our weak postal system.

They have Approached SEC and the ball is now in the court of the NSE Quotation committee.
The Quotation committee meeting is scheduled on the 3rd of july as stated earlier on proshare.
