Even if there was money in is Account when the check was tendered, why will he make another Withdrawal from his Account knowing full well that his Balance there is for the check he tendered for the PP ?????

Please Lets call a spade a spade and stop given excuses or you want to tell me that he doesn't not know how much he had in is Account ????? oh Please, that is another Excuse.

That is not to say that the company is not to be blamed for this Fraud because if they had been smart enough, they would reported it to the proper Authorities because the last time I checked, Tendering such checks is a crime in this country. what I am saying is that we should call it what it is -- A FRAUD

If things like this can happen, then there is no Assurance that the Balance Sheet of this company will not be Cooked & Manipulated when money Mysteriously develops wings from the company's Account. I think its Time to realy Shine my eyes on thier Financials.

There is nothing exciting about the listing. If they did it when they say they would, many of us would have had it really good.
It's like telling subscribers to IGI pp to applaude the mgt and baord for listing the shares of the company.

Hey bros- we know what happen before now, so we are not trying to take the clock back, we just want to move on. I cant disagree with you more. However, atleast for listing the company, we are all reliefed that now it is public and one can always exit the company, than when it was still private. It saves us the pain of their keep shifting the goal post backward.

How are about those that could still not deliver on their promise to list on the exchange?

Hey, I agree with Bluemoney....that is not luck if the guy did not pay for the allocation and was mistakenly given a certificate. That is FRAUD. He should just try and regularize by paying the money or returning back the certificate with a note. That's how you build a society that every one would be proud to be part of!

What I meant was that the thread should be Relocated to the ''OTHER STOCKS AND INVESTMENT STRATEGIES'' Column were we have the likes of EKOCORP & FIDSON HEALTH CARE etc.

You know it is no longer a PP but a Quoted company so it should join it's peers as usual.

I am not offloading below that price. come to think of it, the money has been tied there for a year now and offloading without any meaningfull return is surely not my style and strategy.

I am fully aware of the current market situation and if the Bear eventually takes it's toll on this stock, then I will be more than willing to buy more below the PP Price because we have seen thier Financials and I believe there is still room for Improvement.

And going by the Shareholding Structure, if & if the major shareholders are not offloading now, that Leaves 49.1% + 10% ordinary shares that they presented today in circulation and that is good for the stock since the selling pressure will reduce. But we will see what happens.

Oga faoogoke, You of all people should know better. Of all the PP we have bought, how many of them have listed the Exact time they promised ?????

At least September 11 is better than December 31 you said will be a more relaxed date for listing or have you forgotten you said so.????? We know these People. They will always tell us they will list tommorrow so as to lure us to buy into thier company today.

It is true we would have made progress if they had kept thier promise of listing late last year but You & I know that we dont have control over these things. All we do is to buy the PP and keep our fingers crossed and even if they tell us they will list the next day, it usually sounds like next year in our ears.

It makes sense to get something after waiting so long. My only problem would be verifying mine which would be quite a a while since am not around to get a Bankers Confirmation. Who is their registrars again and once you have your BC with a particullar registrar, do you need a new one for diff company?

Thier Registrar is First Registrars. Normally they always demand for a current BC at least that is what they told my Friend.

I totally agree with you blue money. My problem is the giving of kudos to the board and management of UDCS. They and others that are not truthful to us when we buy their shares as to their listing dates don't deserve kudo. This same UDCS will not pay us dividend but some people that brought into their pp when they first came to raise money about two/three years back. So, what kudos is there to give them.
Our only saving grace is the 1% drop rule which should keep the share price at profit level for a while. And don't forget the registras too.
The only kudos to give is to God that we are alive to witness the listing.

This one that First Registrar is the registrar.. Recently they are bitting more than they can chew.. a lot of complaints have been coming out from there recently.. infact i had to use a staff i knew there to verify some of my shares recently after close to two months it was sent in there by my brokers....
