We all Expect these guys to do more and far better and I believe they will do that but comparing this result with the result released by Ekocorp Plc, then you will discover that these guys are at the Top of thier Game and if not for the Large Number of shares in Issue, UDCS PLC should be selling at a higher price than Ekocorp Plc in a normal market condition.

My 100,000k had long been verified but my broker told me that there is still no buyer.So what do i do?

They had better compensate us for failing to keep up to their pp promise. Perhaps with bonus shares. If they could do same to participants of their first pp why not to participants of their second pp

You have to be Patient until there is a buyer for your stock. but make sure you give your broker a price limit so that he doesn't sell the stock below your desired Exit Price.

They will compensate investors probably with Dividend because I still think given a Bonus is a Long Shot. The company has the Largest Number of shares in issue in that sector so increasing it futher with a Bonus Issue will not be a Smart Move.

If not for the Over Juicy Bonus they gave themselves Ealier, the Number of Shares in Issue would not have been so Large, so Declaring another Bonus will have Serious impact on the EPS & PE.

They can decide to Review upward thier Dividend Policy, Paying 70% of the PAT as Dividend to investors is not a bad Idea.

My little units have been verified yesterday. It is not going to be easy to sell because there have been very little deals with this stock ,
yesterday only one deal
today about 7 deals.hopefully it would be sold before it hits 2.00 or i will not sell.

Exactly, only few Deals on this stock. The last time I checked two days ago, it was on offer.

Ive had to cancel my sale instructions for my units.

The price kept falling but its stable now. Its like no one has been able to sell this stock since it got listed.

Most people I Know have already offloaded thier units.
