The pp was over 100% oversubscribed and the management is of the view that they would return some money back bcos they dont want overbloated shares. They are on the right track and want to get this pp over with bcos they are very eager to get listed before the end of the year. Watch out for the capital share appreciated bcos of scarcity when listed:

i indeed appreciate this useful piece of information. But how do you keep in torch with the management? i try to run a search on union diagnostic services on google search engine but still did not find any link

I too bought this PP, but was told by cash craft that the listing will be by first quarter next year as there is a queue for listing and also the price will be around 2.50 , dunno if anyone has hear anything similar

I am just curious to ask. I know some members aired their view on this placement which I heard was suppose to be listed late october or november. Have anybody heard of latest with this placement, when is going to be listed or is same old stuff?

Just got information that the pp has been extended till next week friday just incase you are still interested, minimum purcahse of 10,000 units at 18,500naira which works out at 1.85.

Please confirm the Info as the company is about been listed. How come the PP will still be open?

That info is not correct. how can a pp be on when remission has been made a long time ago and it will be soon be listed on the nse

AM just inquisitive and wanted to know. Has anybody got any info with the Union Diagnotic recently completed PP?.....when is it going to be listed, we heard between Sept-Nov and nothing has happened yet?

information from a reliable sources has it that arrangements have been made by UD to send out certificate to all and go for the listing posibbly by the end of this month.

ALL,
Let's pre-occupy ourselves in this thread concerning when the shares will be listed.
I called my account officer at cashcraft who were the pp issuing house but she was non commital prefering instead for me to bring money for her to trade with.
I persisted and all I got from her was blame for buying pps and ipos that take all the time in the world to be concluded.
