Stock Price Movement after Rights Issue Only

This is a Hypothetical question. I hope someone can can help out.
What should be the logical stock movement after completion of a rights issue alone for a fairly highly captitalized stock (Not a hybrid offer).
Just the logical movement viewing the rights issue in isolation.
I will factor in other factors depending on the stock.
