Default Stock Brokers Share Capital
Is any member familiar with procedure for setting up stock broking firm especially the minimum share capital required by the Nigerian Stock Exchange?

Somebody told me it takes a share capital of 20 million to set up a stockbroking house, but with the recent directive on their share capital, does it mean an interested person can still open up a stockbroking firm and then start to recapitalise before the end of 2008 ?
