Neimeth International Pharmaceutical Plc Changes Accounting Year end

March 8, 2012

The Company has notified The Exchange that its accounting year end is changed from 31st March to 30th September effective this year, 2012.

The 482,318,637 shares in favour of Neimeth International Pharmaceuticals Plc was admitted on the Daily Official List on Friday, March 16, 2012 following the conclusion of the Rights Issue. By this action, the Issued Shares of the Company is now 1,303,895,353 shares

Can someone please confirm this number? I had 1.9B shares even before this additional listing
