At today's price of 0.86k and doing a linear projection on their half year result, this stock is trading with a forward p.e of 6, which is very boring but its on offer so is getting cheaper daily

I have been payin money into my stockbrokin firm now without buying anything......instead of having unpredictable qualms about which company ll pay n how much they ll pay....i ll wait and see...any declaration that suit my intrest.... Asin a CONFIRMED 15% divyeild..with a sure MARGIN OF SAFETY not forgetting LIQUIDITY i ll hop in

Well, you should have put your money in your savings account and put it in fixed deposit, while waiting for the right stocks to buy. You are just giving float to your stockbroker, who will be earning call rates on your "free" money.

You can be sure that no stock is going on a serious bid anytime soon.

Point of correction. I guess you wanted to say CILEASING is presently 50k while CCNN is 460k. That your post make fear catch me. I don begin think say CCNN don reach 50k. I was wondering how it got there without the eagle eyed Ogas here noticing it.

75% of my portfolio is in CCNN (entered at about N5.20, so I'm sitting on a loss), 15% is in ikeja hotel and the remaining is split between red star and C&I leasing. If I were to sell my CCNN today the transaction fees would be more than enough to buy the C&I holding, but I intend to sell CCNN after results and buy either C&I leasing, japaul or any other stock the market beats down including ikeja hotel. I hold red star aiico and some other stocks for the annual reports but their weight are insignificant


Basically I don't want to tell you what I think you should do but you should be able to see where my priorities lie

P.s I also have a portfolio I manage for family members and that's a bit more diversified thou it contains Japaul and CCNN

d money na petty petty money nah... 2k today 1.5k tomorrow...like dat like dat..
Savings- yes at least 2.5% but its not certain d money ll stay till month end n besides by d time i get two alerts d profit on intrest don go...
FD-if i carry 5k go bank for FD them go think sey i no normal...

I have noticed somethings..

D lag in sending money to my stockbroker do cost me some % loss when the clear oppurtunity arises..
Selling to buy do cost me an extra % loss..

So i prefer to always have token in d account incase of emergency purchases
