I get daily updates from Cashcraft. The Emergency suspension from the NSE made it look as if it was not on suspension. I can assure you that this is authentic.

Yes, knightofdelta is on spot wt the info.

C&I was place on TS yesterday by the NSE due to its application to undertake a PO. Cannot confirm the offer price though

The price provided by KoD is what I have to => N9 for Rights, N10 for PO

I will like to see the magic these guys will perform going by thier current performance that warrants selling the PO @ #10. When the prospectus is ready, then we will be well armed to ask question .

This article has really confirmed what Japo said above. The company's operations into leasing mainstream oil production assets would significantly increase their earning & profit margin based on rising oil price. This should have a positive impact on their P/E which is presently too high (43.44 as quoted by FSDH). Let's look out for the FYE result & PO prospectus to decide if it's a company with good long-term prospect. Fingers crossed!

4me, this result is quite poor (not surprised though) but worse of all is the fact that the div is paltry (no bonus 'yet' as expected by many). Surely the market wd react....

C & I leasing is on technical suspension, there is a limit to how much the market can react to the paltry div. Thank God. I sold mine

The management of C&I leasing is showing that they have what it takes to make money for investors. I see this in Japaul oil too. I think those two companies should be held with sentimental rather than business outlook

NOT IMPRESSIVE AT ALL. THOUGH THEY GAVE 6 KOBO INTERIM DIVIDEND MAKING IT 12 KOBO. BUT WAS EXPECTING A BONUS.
