This looks like a good one because they have good market share in OTC drugs and I am aware of the brand. They also sell prescription drugs.Check out their website Welcome to Fidson.

Fidson is held with some repute concerning their products.They sell good products at lower prices than the competitors.They intend listing at the NSE next year.The concern is about the price set for the shares?Is this not a bit high considering it is a private placement?

I am finding hard getting a "real" prospetus on Fidson.Meristem analyses is comforting but I'd love to crunch the numbers provided by the company myself.

fidson will definitely be a good buy.
they have good marketting strategy and good volume of drugs used in nigeria are branded by this coy.
am down for this one, just that i pray that the minimum investment will not be too much for some of us

am just reading the meristem equity research where fidson is valued at N5.22 and the PP is going for N3.95!!
that looks high to me, what do u all think?
however the minimum investment is not mentioned in the report.
hope to get more info on this

I'm inclined to agree with you that the offer is a bit on the high side, its evident that the company has some prospects though looking at the research report.
The minimum investment as stated on the application form is 250,000 units valued at N987,500.00 and then multiples of 50,000 units

I don't have problems with this company per say, i advise everyone to be very careful with private placement because some companies are really making this means of investment unattractive. There are a whole lot of good stocks that are listed in the secondry market which one can buy below 3.90k.

Enough of statements. Let them act. They all keep making statements (lies) and do nothing. The man had said they would list around January. Let not subscribers rejoice yet!

Whether they rejoice now or not. my brother they have made a kill in the waiting. Fidson are in the class of Evans, Glaxosmith, phamdeko and others o.

Read today in the papers that Fidson might list for N7.50:D
