I hear there is a new ethical asset management company in Nigeria, pioneering shari'ah compliant investments in Nigeria.
its registered with SEC. Lotus Capital Limited its called. Chairman is Mr. Fola Adeola
good news for the ethically minded.

That is a good development. I know IBTC has a similar Ethical Fund also (called IBTC Ethical Fund) that does a similar investment according to some "values"

Default Ethical ?

Well, good for you my ethical friends,but do you really think a hungry person will mind where his next meal is coming from. Either from the brewery factory or a cigarette industry ?. Or are all those staff, workers and distributors of such products be considered to be unethical minded. If you ask me, they are only fighting to feed their hungry families.
