Go and ask some of the staff of the various subsidiaries of this group whether they share this your optimistic outlook. (Some of them are owed more than 12 months salaries--including CEOs/GMs.) Go and find out key staff/CEO/GM churn rates too. Also go and ask some banks they owe what aggressive plans they are putting together to recover their NP loans. I will not say more than this.

If they are owed that much and they are still around, they are either no good and can't go anywhere, or they are sticking around believing there will be a turn around.

I have thanked you the SMN way. This your assignment big for me. Like giving 1+1 assignment to nursery School child. I will still attempt the assignment sha, I hope forumites will give me expo. I will resist any further purchase (bets) till I see further results and annual report from them suggesting if their toll gates have started collecting money. They indicated they could start making a profit from 2011 Q1 based on the last forecast to NSE.

I can see some gamblers (or is it investors with insight) have been mopping up their oustanding offers in one or two million tranches looking a market transactions this year. I am betting that since they have low oustanding shares about 4 billion units and the MD said in the last annual report that they are investing in infrastructure and would soon start making profit. If they make just some fraction of what they dreamt about in the PP doc then N2b PAT should be doable. And this will give a PE of 1 for those that bought now at 50k. I have no further info than this oh.
