I Need a Share Loan, where do I start from?

Please Members, I am passionately in need of a share loan of about =N=1Million and I need to know:

a) what is the Interest rate (%)?
b) Can my shares and ipos/pos that I have not received their certificates serve as collateral?
c) How is the maximum loan period and can it be renewed?
d) where do I go to get this loan?
e) I don't have much cash on me at the moment, as I cannot contribute any 30%-40% requirement, what can they do for me?

Please assist me if you can....

UBA has a share loan scheme,check in any of their branch for more infor.

most of them comes with 18% interest plus other fees
only certs or shares already in cscs can be accepted as collat.
