Default worhtwhile stock market venture

Hello,

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

Goodness Enterprises (Private Investment Enterprises) is registered with corporate affairs commission, Abuja on the 7th November, 1994. Our registered address is at No. 19b Ramlat Timson, Aguda, Suru – Lere, Lagos. Our business is trading on listed securities quoted on the Nigerian Stock Exchange. We are not stockbrokers and neither do we intend to be stockbrokers. We are just a private investment firm. But we engage the services of stockbrokers to carry out our trading orders for which they are paid.

RELATIONSHIP WITH INVESTORS

Goodness Enterprises relationship with its investors/prospective investors are as follows:

a. Our investors provide the funds (N 50,000 – N 100,000) with which we trade on the Nigeria Stock Exchange. An Agreement is reached between our firm and the investor stating that our firm manages the funds so provided for which we get 30% of the profit and the investor keeps 70%. Also 5% of the funds under management will be set aside as management fee.

b. Our firm makes all trading and investment decisions based on our professional judgments and ensure that our investors secure greater return on their investment ( 40 – 70% per annum) by trading blue chip and growth stocks, this could be higher certainly not lower. In doing this our firm ensures the safety of our investors funds and maximizing profit by taking such due care in trading as every other investor on the exchange within our ability and as the economy permits

c. And finally, to ensure accountability and transparency in our operations, we send out either quarterly or semi – annually reports to investors to keep them abreast of their investments. The reports are as follows :

1. Trading Statement.
2. Portfolio Holding Statement.
3. Profit – Loss Sharing Statement.
4. Stock Analysis report of shares in the portfolio.

We try our possible best to ensure that are activities are transparent. For further discussions on how you can be a part of this dynamic and worthwhile venture, you can reach us via the following numbers: 08029108610, 08057199207 or email at goodnessenterprises@excite.com

Simply walk into a broker's office & u wuld be surprised how soon a receipt will be issued to u
Not too long ago i sold my GTB shares i bought durring the Initial public offer (IPO). I simply walked into a stock broking firm in marina Lagos, presented the share certificate, authorised them to sell it, they issued me a receipt and told me when to come for my money. My only regrets was that GTB share price flew up after the sale. I authorised them to buy some other stock wth the proceed as i didn't need the cah then. They eagerly gave me a Clearing House number with wich i can monitor, buy more or/and sale my shares through them and not having to carry about certificates that are not always safe. If i knew where u are now, i culd tell u where to go, just in case u are in lagos visit any of the many in marina ( or Pivot Trust, 3/7 kakawa street, daily times building, marina Lagos, 01 2660084). All the best & More of you.
